To assess your application and arrange finance, we may share your personal information with one or more lenders from our approved lending panel. Our current lending panel and service providers are listed on our Disclosure Statement page, and may be updated from time to time. Each lender or service provider will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its own privacy statement.
Where Your Information Is Held
Your information is held by GVK Finance Limited and by the parties described above, or by third party information technology providers (including cloud storage providers) acting on their behalf, who may be based overseas.
We may also use administrators located outside New Zealand, in countries that may have different or lesser legal protections for personal information. You accept that we and any lender may share and receive your personal information with these administrators for application and loan administration purposes.
